From May, Amazon intends to return its employees to their jobs. According to a CNN executive letter, employees will be required to be in the workplace at least three days a week.

In defense of this decision, the company's chief executive said that the shift to a hybrid operation will "strengthen" the company's corporate culture and result in more efficient collaboration among its employees.
"We will give the teams time to think through effective solutions to this problem," Jesse said.
Amazon announced that it would bring everyone back to the workplace in October 2020, owing to fresh outbreaks of the disease in many cities and countries where the company's offices are located.
