Brad Smith, Microsoft's president, announced that the company had reached an agreement with NVIDIA in an attempt to persuade European regulators to buy Activision Blizzard.
If the 10-year agreement goes through, Microsoft promises to release all of its own games and Activision Blizzard projects (including Call of Duty) on the GeForce Now cloud service.
The first step to acquire Xbox games on GeForce Now is to acquire them (in the Microsoft Store, Steam, Epic Games Store) – the agreement grants NVIDIA the right to stream these projects across its service on PC, macOS, Chromebooks, smartphones, and other devices.

NVIDIA has been publicly supporting Microsoft in its bid to buy Activision Blizzard, according to Smith, the acquisition would add another 150 million people to Call of Duty.
The deal with NVIDIA came just a few hours after Microsoft and Nintendo announced a similar agreement. Sony, however, is not quick to accept such proposals from a competitor.
