CBS has increased its renewal count to 19 after revealing that nine more series have been renewed for the 2023-2024 primetime season. The new game show Lingo, along with reality competition shows Survivor and The Amazing Race, have also been renewed.

For the upcoming primetime season, CBS has renewed 60 Minutes and 48 Hours.

"This season, CBS is continuing its winning tradition, delivering an unparalleled array of top returning series and new hit shows that are attracting large numbers of viewers on both broadcast and streaming," said Amy Reisenbach, CEO of CBS Entertainment. "It is a testament to the stellar work being done by our best-in-class talent in front of and behind the camera that we have had another exceptional season," said the author.

Fire Country, Young Sheldon, Ghosts, So Help Me Todd, The Equalizer, The Neighborhood, and all three FBI series have previously been renewed.

Lingo will be released on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, with RuPaul Charles hosting. The network provided this description of the new game show:

"Lingo is a new, fast-paced word-twisting game show." RuPaul Charles brings his unique flair to this funny, fast-paced puzzle game that pits two teams against each other to guess simple letters. At the conclusion of each one-hour episode, the two winners will be presented with an additional large cash prize."
