Master P has proposed a law prohibiting those who loathe his name from making a complaint ...

Master P is apparently weary of his past associates' slander, as he has proposed a legislation that would prevent disgruntled artists from mentioning his name going forward.

Following prior comments by the 52-year-old about his interactions with rapper Fat Trel, the 52-year-old Washington DC artist made.

P appeared for an interview with Ray Daniels Media in which he discussed his differences with other musicians he's worked with throughout his career. Without revealing specific names, the No Limit founder reportedly referred to his failed collaboration with Fat Trel, which ended due to a miscommunication about a film they planned to direct.

"You shouldn't be able to go on no podcast and talk about nobody after seven years," said the creator of Ghetto D. "You shouldn't be able to go on no podcast and talk about nobody after seven years."

Fat Trel, who responded to Master P's testimony on the night of the interview, claims to have released an album from himself and Atlanta rapper Alley Boy without his knowledge that he never received compensation for. He also stated that he only mentioned P after being asked a question by the interviewer.

In a January interview with No Jumper, the Gleesh rapper said he was told by the Rap Snacks founder to relocate to L.A. to record music, but it never came to fruition, since he and Alley Boy were recording it instead, something he discovered after the fact.

"I was looking for a contract or a large lump sum of money where I could care for my family and be placed in a position where I could work and demonstrate how great of a artist I am," he said. "He didn't believe in what I had going on and he was just trying to make a deal."

"I've made no effort to call him or nothing," says the former MMG spitter, who chose to concentrate on his own career. "I've been around him and I know what kind of person he is, and if I respected him as a man, I would have felt some type of way about it."

Fat Trel was released from prison in November 2022 after serving just over a year after being arrested in December 2021. The rapper has suffered numerous legal difficulties throughout the last decade, with occasional prison stints resulting in a stalemate.
