On Tuesday, the official Aniplex YouTube channel released a sneak peek video for Tomo-chan Is a Girl episode 8. The episode will air on Wednesday, February 22. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime with English subtitles.
Tomo-chan Is a Girl has positioned itself not only in the top 3 spots in our weekly polls for the first four weeks of the Winter 2023 season, but also in the top three series overall. It is currently the only known series the studio has announced for 2023.
Fumita Yanagida's anime adaptation of Tomo-chan Is a Girl was published on the official Twi4 Twitter account and Saizensen website from 2015 to 2019 with Megumi Shimizu as the series' director and Shiori Hiraiwa as the character designs.
