Damson Idris, a British actor, has departed head-over-heels for Trinidad, after revealing to his social media followers that he might consider moving to the Caribbean island.
The 31-year-old Snowfall actor shared an Instagram video, presumably taken earlier in the day, in which he praised the country currently hosting their annual Carnival.
In the video, he describes himself as walking outside in a black-and-white stripped shirt. "Need a Trini realtor, about to purchase a crib here."
Before attempting to "taste" the air by smacking his lips together, he says jokingly.
He acknowledged that mosquitoes have been a bit annoying, but aside from that, he professed that he enjoys "positive vibes."
Idris did not explain his reasons for going to this beautiful country, but he later shared footage from the stage of a massive concert preceding Carnival, which started Monday (Feb. 20) and concludes Tuesday night.
Idris and his girlfriend Lori Harvey were recently the focus of attention when they were seen on the red carpet for the Season 6 premiere of Snowfall, with several commentators claiming the couple did not have any chemistry because they kept their distance from the cameras.
"No chemistry," one spectator said via The Shade Room, with Harvey retorting, "Or maybe I just forgot about body makeup and told him not to stand too close to me because I didn't want it on his suit lol."
In a recent Instagram post, the actor kissed the model and said a happy birthday to the couple.
