After you clear all the poachers once you get to the camp, go to the huge cage containing a whole lot of Mooncalfs, and get ready to capture Biscuit with your Capture Bag. Begin your search by paying attention to its name at the top of your screen (Biscuit the Mooncalf), then stop its battle with Levioso.
After returning to Garnuff in Hogsmeade, you will receive a gear skin for your good deed.
