'Calls From The Inside: Killing the Competition' by Investigation Discovery depicts the brutal killing of Kenny Bunn, 27, near Murray County, Georgia in March 2020. The investigation provided a substantial amount of assistance, but they uncovered the truth within a matter of days.
Kenny Bunn's Cause of Death?
Kenneth "Kenny" Eugene Bunn was born on June 14, 1992 in Dalton, Georgia. His mother, Trenna, and his grandmother, Pat Colvard, fondly remembered him as "Meemow." Rachael McNeil, his friend, also recounted how she met Kenny in sixth grade.
Kenny was shy and affluent, according to Rachael, and she believes that her ex abused her son as a child, and she blamed it for Kenny's depression.
Trenna recalls that Kenny used to have to return early from work many times to visit her son to see him through his depression. On March 17, 2020, she received a text from one of Kenny's friends to inform her that a body had been discovered near the Conasauga River on the Murray County side of the show.
Trenna asked Pat to immediately notify the cops about Kenny's disappearance. The unidentified body was taken out of the river for an autopsy by four young Tennessee fishermen, one of whom was shot four times, using a small calibre pistol.
Kenny Bunn was murdered by who?
The victim's cell phone had no identification because of the perpetrators. However, Kenny's grandmother contacted police to report him missing, and she identified the glasses as Kenny's. His mother went to the station and positively identified the victim's cell phone as a murder.
According to media reports, Kenny and Nadya had been dating Justin Payton Hooker of Dalton in March 16, and Justin had even threatened to kill Kenny once.
When one of Justin's relatives called the cops and told them about selling a pistol to Justin, the couple denied any involvement in the shooting. The family was concerned that he might have been involved after learning of Kenny's murder from the media. Four days after the murder, the authorities arrested Nadya and Justin.
Nadya contacted Kenny on the night of March 16 under the pretense of reuniting, but when they reached a secluded spot, she got into a nasty argument with Kenny, and Justin shot him four times. The investigators are not sure whether Kenny was informed of Justin already being there or whether the latter was waiting at the prearranged location.
According to Nadya's court testimony, she and Justin left the scene of the murder but returned to retrieve Kenny's phone because she suspected her fingerprints might have been on it earlier. However, Justin continued denying any involvement until a fellow convict came forward and stated that he had shot Kenny in self-defense while strangling Nadya.
What Has Happened to Nadya Swartz and Justin Hooker?

Justin, in his mid-20s, is serving his sentence at the Savannah State Prison near Garden City, while Nadya, who is also in her mid-20s, is serving her sentence at the Pulaski County Correctional in Hawkinsville, Georgia.
