The majority of 'You' season 4 was shot in and around London, England's capital and largest city, and in the United Kingdom. In June 2022, the cast and crew members were caught filming several important scenes along the river Thames, including the scene where Joe throws body parts wrapped in garbage bags into the river.
Barber Barber Spitalfields is located at 51 Brushfield Street, Borough Market is located at 8 Southwark Street, and Turnham Green is located at 388 Chiswick High Road in Chiswick. There are also two other London sites that make a comeback in the show's fourth season: Notting Hill on Portobello Road, Oxo Tower on Barge House Street, and one of the city's bridges.
Other Locations in England
The production team for 'You' season 4 visited a few other locations around England. For instance, a large portion of the season was shot in and around the premise of Royal Holloway on Egham Hill in Surrey's Egham. The Founder's Building on the campus served as one of the primary production locations for the show's fourth installment.
Knebworth House on Old Knebworth Lane in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, is another key filming location that features in Season 4 of 'You,' which is also listed as Grade II on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.

It's possible that the filming crew chose to film a few of the fourth season's opening scenes on location in the City of Love itself. The Luxembourg Gardens on Place Edmond Rostand in Paris is said to have served as a production location for some scenes of the fourth season.

The 'You' season 4 production team has reportedly established a base in Los Angeles, the second largest city in the United States, where it is located. Besides 'You,' its locations have been featured in 'The Godfather,' 'Don't Worry Darling,' and 'Criminal Minds.'
