Lil Uzi Vert was claimed to be the official anthem of Philadelphia by DJ Drama, and Uzi has responded.
Shade Room was asked about "Dreams & Nightmares" vs. "I Just Wanna Rock," expressing that they disagreed with their boss' allegations. Vert stated that his song was too early to refer to Meek as the "big homie."
"I don't think so," they said at the 2023 GRAMMY Awards, claiming that the song has been around for a very long time and that it is still hitting exactly the same notes. "I'm just gonna have to see in a couple of years or a decade or whatever."

DJ Drama, 44, made his outspoken declaration during a brief conversation with TMZ.
The Gangsta Grillz DJ said "I Just Wanna Rock" has been replaced as the new Philadelphia Eagles anthem this year. "I'm looking forward to hearing that song many, many times during" Super Bowl weekend."
Drama's remarks were discovered by Meek Mill and she responded to them on Twitter. The emcee reacted angrily against the notion that his song might be dethroned by "I Just Wanna Rock."
"Itro has been lighting the world for ten years," he said on Thursday (Feb. 2), saying, "I've been strewn rooms for years."
