Offset and Quavo had previously drawn media attention for allegedly arguing backstage at the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday night in honor of Takeoff, the deceased rapper. However, Cardi B appears to have gotten involved in the fight and apparently chastised both the former Migos rappers.
According to reports, when Offset was asked to join Quavo on stage for his tribute to TakeOff by the Recording Academy, he "refused to allow him to participate," leading to a physical altercation and the pair being retaliated.
According to an insider for Offset, Quavo was the one who initiated the altercation. In a video released by Entertainment Tonight, Cardi B was seen getting heated and yelling backstage.
Despite her appearance, it's still unclear who she is yelling at or what specifically enraged her at that particular moment. "I heard you back here resolved some things," one reporter replied, to which she replied, "The only thing I settled was my outfit, honey."
Quavo and Offset deny having an altercation with their cousin in the video. Shortly after learning about the TMZ story, Offset tweeted, "What tf look like fighting my brother yal n-ggas is insane." The alleged incident has not yet been addressed by Quavo. Keep an eye on Thirsty For News for more information.
