Maria Menounos, 44, has announced that she would have her first child via surrogate with her husband Keven Undergaro, 55, on February 7.
In the video, Maria says of her father Constantinos Menounos next to her, saying, "Guys, that's my baby." She was moved and overjoyed when she saw the ultrasound after going through a lengthy pregnancy.
Maria shared her surrogacy intentions in a YouTube video in April 2021. She attempted to lift Maria's displeasure by mentioning that her mother Lista had died of stage four brain cancer in May 2021.
Maria mentioned the possibility of a move from Los Angeles to Nashville, Tennessee two years ago. “We want to raise them somewhere where there will be kids next door to play with, and you’re not afraid. Los Angeles just doesn't have that.” Maria said the next day.
