Beyoncé earned the most Grammy nominations in history with 32 awards at the 2023 Grammy Awards held in Los Angeles on February 5, 2023, including awards for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best R&B Song, and Best Traditional R&B Performance.

After narrating her memoir, Viola Davis became the youngest member of the exclusive EGOT club, including an Emmy, Oscar, and Tony award with a Grammy. Kim Petras became the first transgender artist to win the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance award for "Unholy" with Sam Smith.

Bonnie Raittt won a surprise award in the Song of the Year award for "Just Like That," and Bad Bunny was named Album of the Year by Samara Joy, and Lizzo won Record of the Year for "About Damn Time."
