At the 65th Annual Grammy Awards, the Rock and Adele get to know one another ...

Following his breakout role in the 2001 smash hit film "The Scorpion King," Dwayne Johnson has become one of Hollywood's most successful and highest-paid actors. For the previous two decades, The Rock has not been a regular in-ring performer for WWE. In 2004, Johnson's contract with WWE expired, and the rest is history.

The Rock was rumored to face undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 39 in the Showcase of Immortals last month. WWE was also said to have been aware of The Rock's negative status for WrestleMania 39 for some time.

Dwayne Johnson walked the red carpet at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards. A video of the Great One also went viral on social media.

Cody Rhodes was able to take the men's royal Rumble match at the Alamodome on January 28th, and he was able to get his ticket to the main event of WrestleMania 39. According to fan theories, Rhodes might be the favorite to take down The Tribal Chief at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood unless WWE wants Reigns to withdraw from California with both titles.

Seven Bucks Productions, founded by Dwayne Johnson, was among the fan favorites to purchase WWE from Vince McMahon last month. He is not only one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, but he was also the face of WWE at some point alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin.

The WWE Universe will have to keep waiting for Dwayne Johnson to return to the squared circle for what it is worth. At this point, The Rock appears unlikely to break in anytime soon.
