Capcom, a well-known Japanese company, has issued a report for investors for the third quarter of the 2022-2023 financial year. This decrease fits within the original expectations; the fact is, the year 2022 has turned out to be rather poor for significant releases, among which only Monster Hunter Rise stands out.

The decrease in revenue was -1.5 percent in the third quarter of the financial year. Operating income also fell, but not as much, falling to -1.5 percent ($256.7 million).

The game's total sales have surpassed 29.1 million, largely due to the release of the Sunbreak add-on for Monster Hunter Rise, which has proven to be extremely popular and popular, with a circulation of already 5 million copies.

Capcom expects to sell 40 million copies per year, putting the Resident Evil 4 remake in prime position for the release on March 24th.
