The Legend of Zelda, the new action RPG currently being developed at Moon Studios, will be called Ori, according to creative director Thomas Mahler's choice to describe the project's intentions.
Moon Studios was working on an action game with Private Division since 2020, and Mahler thought it was time to reveal a few more details, some of which aren't yet officially released, but those are certainly alive and well.
For Mahler, this analogy is both appropriate for his new video game's genre change and, naturally, for Moon Studios' future intellectual property:
Mahler provided further information as best as possible: this haunting RPG will have a graphical style similar to that of Ori, as this is a hallmark of Moon Studios.
He added that all new projects begin with a gameplay prototype, which is the most crucial part, and that the game in question will be released on all platforms, not just as Ori previously did. Back then, the game also appeared on Nintendo Switch.
