Metal Gear Franchise Revenue Increases to 59.5 Million Coffee Aroged ...

Every time Konami talks about a series or sequel, it's always sad to see that a franchise that dominated in the past ended up being abandoned by the publisher for some reason or another. In fact, this franchise is still selling on the market.

Konami's most recent financial report, which was published in December 2022, gives us insight into the total sales of the Metal Gear series so far. That the games available on various platforms and series have reached the 59.5 million mark, a total increase of around 200,000 copies since the last data was released in September 2022. This is obviously quite remarkable considering that several of the current Metal Gear series have been pulled from digital distribution by Konami.

The total sales of the Metal Gear franchise has surpassed the 59.5 million mark.

Over the last few years, rumors about a remake project of Metal Gear have been widespread, but have never received any confirmation from the parties involved. Does this franchise have a chance to rise again? Let's wait.
