Knockout City is no longer open, but players may still play on private servers ...

Knockout City, a highly unsuccessful dodgeball multiplayer game, will be phased out on June 6, 2023, but before that, on February 28, the developers will release the final ninth season, as well as all microtransactions, on May 23.

As the authors noted, certain aspects of the game need to be overhauled in order to attract and retain players. However, they cautioned that being a small independent studio, they may not be able to do this.

Those who wish to continue playing Knockout City will be able to use it as often as they desire, although without saving any progress. In the next months, the developers plan to release a special private version for PC, which will be distributed free of charge. It will allow you to create your own server or connect to someone else's. More information will be announced later.
