The time has come to update the main national telecoms companies' telecoms prices as soon as February. Like MEO, NOS also applies the new tables from February 1st.
With this price update, the operator had already announced that it would increase the price of its services due to inflation.
NOS has increased the cost of its services by 7.3 percent.
NOS confirms that the initial price increase for its services would be around 7.8%, according to the INE's annual Consumer Price Index.
NOS will enable each customer to know exactly how much they will have to pay for the contracted service beginning on February 1st. Simply enter your customer number and tax identification number (NIF) on the NOS website.

"At NOS, we have absorbed a substantial portion of this general rise in costs, while we continue to invest heavily in the expansion and improvement of the fixed and mobile network, so that Portugal and especially NOS customers may enjoy a better, safer, faster service."
NOS is implementing a measure that it had announced in mid-January, and it includes rising energy, transportation, and network equipment costs.
NOS clarifies that the price rise will only affect monthly charges for services, while any other fees for services will continue to be the same as before.
