The Collector's Edition, which honors a baseball legend every year, was also revealed earlier this week.
Derek Jeter, a legendary New York Yankees shortstop who has appeared in films such as 'The Cops,' will be featured on the cover of the Collector's Edition. Jeter has won five Silver Slugger Awards, 14 All-Star nominations, a World Series MVP trophy, and five World Series titles throughout his career.
Jeter was dubbed "Mr. November" by the New York Yankees in the early days of his career, and it's therefore no surprise that he was also inducted into the Hall of Fame.
He also announced that he would return to the game as a legend in the future. Now for the editions!
The Collector's Edition, which will be available as a Digital Deluxe Edition as well as a physical The Captain Edition, gives players four days early access to "MLB The Show 23."
