Jeff Grubb, a well-informed insider, has revealed a few supposedly unreleased information regarding "Marvel's Wolverine," which might influence both the rating and the release date.
After success with Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and the two Marvel Spider-Man titles in recent years, Insomniac Games has had a lot of success. And the future is expected to be even more successful.
The developer studio is working on a new superhero game, "Marvel's Wolverine." The legendary X-Men will get a new adventure, to which most well-informed insider Jeff Grubb would like to know more.
Wolverine's Very Personal Take
Grubb stressed that players should not be worried about a watered-down mutant. Instead, Insomniac Games is striving for an M rating. Thus, the degree of violence should not be disregarded.
"They will avoid any connections or anything like that that the Fox films conjure up. You want to stand on your own two feet." Grubb said the film "Started before he joined the X-Men."
The insider also forgot a few words about the film adaptation of "Marvel's Wolverine". According to this, the film might be released "at the earliest in autumn 2024." Sony Interactive Entertainment may also wait until 2025.
Aside from the Spider-Man tales, the developers are inspired by the semi-open world of "God of War: Ragnarök".
