The Sims 4 has long prided itself on allowing you to play with life since its inception, but it sometimes lacks a few small details that are irrelevant for some but vital for others. These include, in particular, transgender people.

The Sims 4 was the first game to include a wide array of different and varied options in order to make their game as inclusive as possible. Regardless of who the characters are, life is made up of many things that the game does not translate. As in the last updated January 31, 2023
Sims 4 players have finally been able to declare a little more clearly the transsexuality of their characters. Several well-known features of this community were previously unknown in the game:
No more deaf ears
Electronic Arts has thought of other features that make all the difference. For example, glucometers (blood glucose meters) as well as hearing aids are now available for children and older siblings in the "Create a Sim" menu.
It's now possible to purchase lights for your homes, although they're not very useful, and they'll only provide a little more realism to your interior decor. We'll let you discover more of the update when you read the whole patch note.
