The game takes place 50 years after a severe solar flare, and players must assist citizens in moving from the struggle for survival to the restoration of the city.
Nature fought hard to keep the solar flare going. Players must be prepared for the possibility for satellites to fall from the sky, harsh winters, and catastrophic fires. You will also need to monitor the population's diet as the city develops.
