In February 2023, PS Plus subscribers will be able to receive four games as part of their Essential subscription, including OlliOlli World and Mafia Definitive Edition.
billbil-kun, a well-known insider, has published a list of games that will be included in the PS Plus Essential subscription in February 2023. This shouldn't come as a surprise since billbil-kun has displayed an excellent reputation.
As of February 2023, here is the whole list of PS Plus games for Essential members.

OlliOlli World was also included in the Humble Bundle in January 2023. This is a reasonable assumption since Evil Dead The Game was released as a free-to-play game on the Epic Games Store.
Destiny is getting a significant expansion, as usual, so the designers are probably aiming to draw attention to their game before the next adventure. It may be replaced by other games in different regions depending on availability.
According to an insider, these games will be available to play from February 7 to March 6. Sony is also expected to publish the official PS Plus lineup at the end of the month.
