Microsoft has provided information on a number of key Xbox releases, including confirmed release dates for games like Redfall and Minecraft Legends, and recently released Hi-Fi Rush. One of the major games that was anticipated to receive a release date was Forza Motorsport, although there is still no word on when it will be released.
While the racing sim was scheduled for release in spring 2023, Microsoft stated it would be released in 2023, despite recent reports that it might be postponed until the second half of the year.
Phil Spencer, the Xbox executive who didn't want to give a release date, assured Turn 10 Studios that a release date would be announced closer to the launch of the game.
Forza Motorsport is being developed for Xbox Series X/S and PC.
