Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 offers many game modes, but some players are calling for the return of Infected mode, which used to be used in previous Call of Duty games, which requires players to infect others with an unknown virus, turning them into monsters while the living team strives to stay alive.
A Reddit user expressed her desire for the Infected mode in Modern Warfare 2, and she appears to agree that many other gamers would like to see other game modes such as "Gun Game" and "Gunfight".
The last two modes may be included in a future update, possibly in Modern Warfare 2 Season 2, which will be released on February 15th.
