The Pixel Tablet lacks an AMOLED screen.

Google has been known for a long time to tease new products ahead of time. The most recent example came back in October, when the company showcased its new Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro devices.

Various reports claim that the tablet will be available in both Vanilla and Pro versions. However, new information disclosed by Android researcher and whistleblower Kuba Wojciechowski shows that the tablet does not exist in a single version.

According to reports, the Pixel Tablet and the Pixel Tablet Pro are codenamed "Tangor" and "Tangorpro." In other words, the Pixel Tablet will only be available with the Tensor G2 chip.

The Pixel Tablet has an 11-inch screen with a 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. The Pixel Tablet has a six-channel LED driver, which is commonly used for backlighting LCD panels.

Google will support charging as well as the Korlan/K6 docking station on the Pixel tablet.
