Jessie James Decker, a 34-year-old country singer, has three children, and neither she nor her husband Eric Decker is ruling out a fourth. In a new interview published Wednesday, Jan. 25, the 35-year-old former wide receiver said he "refuses" to have a vasectomy and that they are not actively attempting to prevent pregnancy. "He just won't do it, "she said.
Jessie admitted that having another kid in the near future is a "probably no," but she also stated that she is not completely against it. "If it does, it's always a blessing," she said.
When asked about Eric's potential for a vasectomy, Jessie revealed the exact same story to Us Weekly on January 28, 2022. However, Eric admitted he was reluctant to undergo the procedure and admitted, "the papers have been filled out."
In an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife in June 2022, the author shared that she sometimes wants one more kid. "This month is a 'No.' Next month might be a 'No.'" She continued, "You know, I'm in a good position, and Eric and I are certainly not preventing anything."
In a January 19 interview with Us Weekly, the founder and Eric tied the knot in 2013 and have welcomed three children: daughter Vivianne, 8, and sons Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4. Their children made headlines over the summer after a photo of them with very defined abs shocked fans and enraged some trolls.
"My siblings had six packs when we were young, and so did Eric and his sister," she continued. "They were just genetics and my kids are extremely active and I'm not going to apologize for it. There are a lot of times when I'm not gonna talk about things, but they're my children and I'm a mama bear."
"It was just ridiculous," she said. I'm proud of them. They're very active, and they have their interests in sports and performing, and, like, let's encourage that.
