GoldenEye 007 will be released this week on Switch and Xbox ...

GoldenEye 007 will be released on Xbox and Nintendo Switch on January 27 via Nintendo Switch Online and Xbox Game Pass. After being announced in September, fans will now be able to replay the game that was almost solely responsible for the popular modern FPS.

Bond will take you around the globe in your covert assault to stop the GoldenEye weapon satellite, but you'll ultimately triumph over the ultimate goal, whether it's locally or online in the four-player multiplayer mode.

It'll be available for Nintendo Series X|S and Xbox One owners as part of the Nintendo 64 library.

GoldenEye 007 will have additional controller options, achievements, and native 16:9 resolution on Game Pass, while there will be no additional graphics for the Switch version.

GoldenEye 007 might be a better-known game than it was back in 1997, but nonetheless, it'll be fun to hear that stomping soundtrack while removing the vents of a bathroom to kill that annoying annoying guard.
