The Nipsey Hussles family is on trial for a custody dispute with RappersEx ...

After a lengthy custody dispute with Tanisha Foster, Nipsey Hussle's family is ready to go to trial. They are attempting to take over the late rapper's 14-year-old daughter Emani.

After the Victory Lap rapper's brother, Sam Asghedom, submitted a third status report in the Los Angeles philanthropist's probate case from November 2022, Radar Online reported that the upcoming court appearance would take place on April 27.

Foster's refusal to comply was cited as a reason for Sam's refusal to grant guardianship over Emani, despite the fact that their family, especially Sam's sister Samantha Smith, officially granted guardianship following Emani's death in March 2019. Foster's family claims she was not fit to be a permanent parent and provide a healthy home for Emani due to her alcohol and drug history.

Foster filed her own custody complaint after Nipsey's family allegedly cut her off. She stated that she only initially agreed due to her "financial limitations," her desire to maintain the standard of living and family contact that the minor had had prior to her father's death, and her verbal assurances that each of them would act in Emani's best interests."

Tanisha wrote, "There are no circumstances or events in my life that would prevent me from returning to my exclusive role as Emani's parent." "Emani routinely asks me when will she and I be able to live together. She longs to be with me as her mother."
