Football Manager 2023: The PS5 version has finally got a new start ...

After a long wait, you may finally wish to be a current football manager on Sony's PlayStation 5.

Since November 2022, the Football Manager 2023 has been mostly available on the market, although only players on the PlayStation have seen it until now – despite the announcement of a corresponding game version.

Nothing came out of the PS5 manager's post, as it was 'due to unforeseen difficulties in the submission and approval process.' The issue turned out to be bigger, because what was supposed to be a short wait time ended up becoming longer and longer.

The PlayStation 5 franchise will launch on February 1, 2023, according to Sports Interactive and SEGA.

At least PlayStation Plus members may now receive a 20 percent discount as a small reward for the long wait. This translates into a 20 percent discount on the regular price until February 14, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.

"We're thrilled to be able to offer the FM23 Console to PS5 players," Miles Jacobson, the studio director at Sports Interactive, said. The entire team at Sports Interactive and SEGA has been working tirelessly with Sony to address the issues, and we're proud to release a finished version of the game next week."

The PS5 version will be updated with all other versions as soon as all transfer windows are closed again.
