According to an IGN report, Halo: 343 industries have suffered massive job losses ...

343 Industries announced that it would continue to develop Halo "now and in the future" via a Facebook post, refuting the previous reports. However, a new IGN USA report paints a different picture, highlighting huge staff cuts in key departments that might grow to the size of a "publishing team."

According to former employee testimony at IGN, 343 Industries was sacked almost half of its employees. In the art department alone, more than 30 jobs were reportedly lost, but others said that the company was affected by the storm across all sectors.

Halo Infinite is a Halo game that has lasted for ten years.

According to other sources, a senior developer who was able to understand 343 Industries' internal structures was reduced to the size of a publishing team. This in some ways echoes the Microsoft studio's claims that the Halo series would be managed by external studios in the future.

For the time being, take all these claims with a grain of salt. At the time of official, there are only the words of 343 Industries CEO Pierre Hintes, who has promised that the studio "will continue to develop Halo now and in the future, including epic tales, multiplayer, and more of what makes Halo so great."
