Owners of the PlayStation 4 version of "World War Z: Aftermath" complained that the free upgrade to the PS5 version could not be claimed, an issue that Saber Interactive's developers are already investigating.
The developers of Saber Interactive released the cooperative zombie shooter "World War Z: Aftermath" for the current generation of consoles yesterday.
Owners of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox versions will be eligible for free upgrade to the respective current-gen version in the PlayStation 5 update, as announced in the official announcement.
Saber Interactive's employees posted a tweet saying that the problem is already being investigated. However, it has been disputed whether or not a resolution to the technical flaw will be made.
These advancements are presented.
The studio has confirmed that it is aware of an issue where the World War Z: Aftermath PS4 to PS5 upgrade option is currently free. We are working to resolve this. Keep an eye on the news in this regard.
"World War Z: Aftermath" has been enhanced with improved graphics, significantly reduced loading times, and a display in 4K and 60 frames per second. In addition, the new "Horde Mode XL" mode has been integrated into the zombie shooter.
The fact that this time you have to deal with up to 1,000 undead at the same time and survive their attacks is a great way to finish off the upgrade.
Aftermath: World War Z is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox One.
