A biohazard clean-up company filed a lawsuit against Melanie Martin, Aaron's fiance, and Aaron's estate days before the event. Sterile Pros, LLC claimed to have done the work on Aaron's home in Lancaster, California, last year. The company claimed that $33k is due to them for their work.

According to The Blast, Sterile Pros allegedly erected a "mechanic's lien" on Aaron's former girlfriend's property. She has since moved out of the house.
