The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is still developing at Daedelic, although a more exact departure date has been revealed in company financial records, and there is talk that the game would be released until at least April.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum might thus be another postpone, initially planned for 2021 and then for 2023. The latest official information indicated a delay of "a few months" when compared to the anticipated release in September 2022, which placed The Lord of the Rings: Gollum in early 2023.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will be released in the first half of the 2023-2024 fiscal year, which for the company concerned is the time frame that will run from April to September this year, i.e. the second and third quarters of this year.
To get a precise picture of the time interval, it's still quite a long time, but it's quite clear that we'll have to wait up to several months before seeing The Lord of the Rings: Gollum in its final form, awaiting further confirmation from the publisher.
In the gameplay trailer for Nacon Connect in July 2022, we saw it first-hand, which also allowed us to obtain a valuable insight from the footage.
