Forspoken: A PC demo has been released, and the first DLC will be released later this year ...

Forspoken is now available on PC and PlayStation 5, a console exclusive for 24 months. In December, Square Enix released a demo on the PlayStation Store; now, the trial version is available on the Windows platform, which is also available today.

The Forspoken demo is currently not available on digital stores (Epic Games Store, Steam, and Microsoft Store), but will be available during the day, maybe in the second half of the afternoon. It is unclear if the demo will be the same as the one already released on PlayStation 5, or if it will have somewhat different content, possibly based on a previous build.

Square Enix has announced that the DLC Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust will be released later this year. Players who pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition will get early access to the prequel content for the story.

The Forspoken review explains that the game would have gone through many changes in comparison to the initial concept, that the final result is the subject of discussion, and that the votes of the first international reviews include a wide spectrum of individuals, both happy and dissatisfied with the work done by Luminous Productions.
