Anno combines building strategy with Dungeon Keeper in Steamworld Build

Anno combines building strategy with Dungeon Keeper in Steamworld Build ...

Thunderful only made an outright sad announcement last week, but the cat is now out of the bag: Steamworld Build is heading in a completely different direction: this time, you'll be waiting for a comfortable build-up strategy game! With the familiar Dungeon Keeper gameplay, Steamworld Build is a great match-up strategy game.

The setting should be familiar to Steamworld Dig enthusiasts, as this time we have to construct a small desert town with only a few robots, provide shelter and raw materials, and gradually attract new residents. For example, more demanding engineers demand hard liquor, which we have brewed from cactus dirt, while a factory produces new glass bottles from desert sand.

Anno is above him, but is not below Dungeon Keeper.

Steamworld Build has a special feature: Our robots feel like they are leaving the planet. First, they must locate a valuable technology deep beneath the settlement. This allows us to alter the game view at any time and explore new locations and features, such as mine shafts.

PC users may see a demo version of this app.

Short: a niceable concept! You may even try it out: There is already a small demo on Steam that should keep you busy in 30-45 minutes. It covers all the essential information and explains everything you need to know about this fascinating game.

The Station, a 40-strong Swedish team, has been a part of Thunderful since 2020. The game is scheduled to be released in 2023, and it is expected to be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series S / X, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The developers designed the user interface for PC and consoles right from the start, so the game should also be easy to use with a gamepad.
