The sequel to the game "Dead Space" is expected to be released soon. The game's technical director, David Robillard, has now revealed that he cannot play it at night without headphones. The remake is just too scary for that.
When it comes to the scary factor, the remake of "Dead Space," which was initially released in 2008, will be released on January 27, 2023.
The remake's mood is lauded by the developer.
Robillard can immediately explain why he's so scared: "Just the amount of realism and the atmosphere. Not just visually. Because of the way we deal with sound, atmosphere and effects, with systems that try to scare you." These are just a few of the things we're doing today, but they'll certainly add to the whole experience.
Phillipe Ducharme, the senior producer, said he listened to the 2008 original many times at the start of the remake project so he could see everything in his head. "The immersion was one of the biggest selling points," says Ducharme.

"It's not healthy," Ducharme adds, before laughing and interjecting, "But it's about enthusing the player."
