Project Q multiplayer gameplay has been officially canceled by Ubisoft ...

Project Q has been officially canceled by Ubisoft as reported on the game's official Discord channel in recent days. Whether or not this is the fourth or eighth cancellation in recent weeks or the eighth in recent six months

Project Q was announced in April 2022. Public opinion at the time was mixed, and the game soon went under the radar due to a general lack of interest. It also appears to have nebulous impact during gaming tests in recent months.

Additional playtests are scheduled for the first half of 2023, but will no longer be conducted.

"We are forced to cancel our scheduled closed tests because Project Q will be discontinued," Ubisoft wrote on Discord.

The message then states that he has no further information to provide, merely expressing gratitude to everyone for their support and inviting others to remain to share their memories until the servers are phased out in the near future.
