TAG Heuer has expanded its Connected Caliber E4 smartwatch line from last year with three new models. All devices, as one might expect, are distinguished by a high price, with the most inexpensive 42-mm model costing $ 2350.
The entry-level model featured a nearly bezel-less 1.28-inch display protected by sapphire glass, which is an OLED panel with a resolution of 416 416 pixels. The black case is made of titanium.
The 42mm Golf Edition is $2,500 because it includes three TAG Heuer-marked golf balls and two straps: black leather with green stitching and white rubber. It "supports" 40,000 golf courses across the world and works on them without additional configuration: it keeps a score, takes into account the golf club used, and tracks the owner's location.
This smartwatch is the first to join the Caliber E4 Sports Edition line of watches to offer a 45mm form factor and a $2,600 price tag. The 1.39-inch 454454 pixel resolution display is surrounded by a ceramic bezel, and the rubber strap is suitable for sport. The device also includes a Trail & Hiking app for tourists, which collects data from the built-in barometer.
TAG Heuer has promised to update all models to Wear OS 3 as soon as Google releases a new version of the platform, and they will be available for sale before the end of the month.
