With its arrival in Madrid, PropTech, the German company plans to expand internationally, enabling them to streamline the buying and selling of properties, resulting in increased agents' compensation, a larger client portfolio, and increased their satisfaction.
Evernest has achieved its goal of digitizing the German real estate market by doubling its size in one year. In fact, it has managed to triple its income and the volume of contracts in the first half of this year compared to the same period in 2021.
The company intends to replicate its successful strategy in the main European cities, and has chosen as its first location to expand its portfolio Madrid, since it is a city that doubles Berlin in terms of real estate transactions, and where there is great potential for growth due to the lack of digitization of the sector.
Evernest Spain's Oscar LarreaSenior Vice President will take on the role of start-up. The company plans to expand to a maximum of 150 agents in 2023 and up to 500 in 2024.
