Apple is said to be reducing iPhone 14 production as consumers prefer professional models ...

According to a new ITHome report, Apple is reducing its production of the new iPhone 14, due to increased demand for iPhone 14 Pro models. Foxconn, Apple's largest supplier, has been ordered to dismantle at least five production lines that were previously making the iPhone 14 in Zhengzhou, China. The production cuts do not include the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 or the larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus.

Apple industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reported recently that Apple is increasing the iPhone 14 Pro, which has been in high demand. Kuo also stated that Apple is moving its resources away from the iPhone 14 to the iPhone 14 Pro.

The iPhone 14 is available for immediate shipment on Apple's online store, while the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have a shipping date of weeks.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max both have a much improved processor, improved camera, and other features. The iPhone 14 has the same outer appearance as the Pro models but is powered by the same processor used in last year's iPhone 13.
