Viupik, a company that was recently chosen by Lanzadera for a September interview focused on innovative firms, has developed into one of the leading companies in its field. Particularly, it provides a new way of selling real estate projects, through its interactive technology with 3D virtual tours.

Ramón Gea, a single partner, has since established the company organically, with more than 12 individuals as main partners.

Viupik develops, in addition to renderings, 3D scenes that can be explored with complete freedom of movement, so that customers may visit the house by interacting with it.

It's this new 3D technology that allows the rendering of interior renderings, videos, and virtual tours in real time. This might be the best choice for those projects that require a large amount of images at a significantly lower cost than traditional renders.

The Viupik team is made up of young artists from architecture, interior design, and cinema, who are eager to enter the world of 3D visualization for architecture, interiors, and goods. The staff is based in Madrid, but in turn is made up of people from cities like Barcelona, Valencia, or Sevilla.

Totti, an animated short directed by Shad Bradbury, (animator for Pixar Animation Studios on films like inside-out or Coconut), is the first film to utilize the MNPRX rendering technique.
