Tori Spelling and her mother, Candy Spelling, are proving to fans that their long-awaited reconciliation is still in full swing. On Wednesday (September 21,) the mother/daughter duo celebrated Candy's big 77th birthday for the first time in five years!
Tori wrote alongside a picture of her, her mother, and Randy. “I don't believe the three of us - just the three of us - have gone out to dinner together in 20 years! You are an icon! Can't wait to keep celebrating your birthday with you!”
Tori shared a sweet photo of herself standing behind Candy, her arms wrapped around the philanthropist, on social media. "I love you with all my heart," she said.
Tori and Candy had a long-running feud following the 2006 death of his father and Candy's husband of over 30 years, prolific TV writer/producer Aaron Spelling. Part of the falling out was related to Tori being only left $800,000 out of Aaron's estimated $500 million fortune.
Candy admitted that she was uneasy about her daughter and not the children she has with her husband Dean McDermott when she sold her property in 2009.
Candy admits in an interview that her relationship with Tori was "much better now." In 2019, Tori revealed on Watch What Happens Live that things between her and her mother are "much better right now."
