On Date Night With Hailey, Justin Bieber makes his first public appearance since canceling his tour ...

Justin Bieber revealed that he would have to cancel his Justice World Tour due to concerns about his mental health. The pop star was photographed leaving a celebrity hotspot in Hollywood on Tuesday evening (September 20). Hailey showed off her model good looks by wearing a crop top, mini skirt, and matching leather jacket.

The "Sorry" singer canceled the remainder of his world tour earlier this year. As a result of this illness, I was unable to complete the North American portion of the Justice tour, according to Justin. "I went to Europe in an effort to continue the tour."

Justin resurfaced on stage as soon as he recovered from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which caused the pop star to suffer facial paralysis earlier in the year. In August, the "Sorry" singer wowed the crowd in Budapest, performing one of his first performances since he had to cancel 14 dates due to the diagnosis.

Justin apologized to his followers for taking the time off to recuperate, insisting that he will continue to perform facial exercises to help him recover. The symptoms of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, according to the Mayo Clinic, may be temporary, but the risk of complications includes permanent facial muscle weakness and deafness.

The cancellation of his tour comes nearly four months after he opened his Justice Tour show in Buffalo, NY on Saturday, May 14 with a moment of silence for the victims of the gun massacre that occurred just hours prior at a local grocery store.
