Penguin Random House and Dark Horse Comics have signed an exclusive global multi-year deal ...

Dark Horse Comics has announced that they have signed an exclusive worldwide multi-year deal for the sales and distribution of Dark Horse's new and backlist comic books, graphic novels, and manga. The agreement will run until June 1, 2023, expanding the existing partnership.

"We're excited about this time for the industry," said Dark Horse founder and CEO Mike Richardson. "Diamond Distribution has been a key partner for Dark Horse for nearly thirty years," says Richardson.

Diamond has made it clear that shops may choose to purchase Dark Horse products direct from PRH, or alternatively, through Diamond as a wholesaler, under the terms established by Diamond in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Penguin Random House looks to be the ideal choice for global distribution, as Marvel has signed not one, but two exclusive agreements with the company for the distribution of their comics.
