DeMario Jackson is accused in two sex assault complaints against two women.

DeMario Jackson is accused in two cases, one of sexual assault, another of false imprisonment, and of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Two women who identified themselves only as "Jane Does" claimed that Jackson exploited his popularity on ABC shows to "lure the unsuspecting plaintiffs" into sexual encounters, according to papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and seen by TMZ.

Jackson's accuser claims she saw the 35-year-old singer in February 2018 and that they had gone on a few dates.

Jackson, according to the woman, continued to try to hit her despite her repeated rejections. When he pinned her to the ground and began assaulting her, she claimed she thought she was going to die.

According to the second woman, she and DeMario first "met" online in April of 2019 and she invited her out the following year.

Jackson stated in court testimony that he only wanted to go on the date if they could have it at his house because he was afraid of being recognized.

According to the woman's testimony in court, Jackson forcibly continued having sex with her after she had told him to stop.

According to the Los Angeles Times, both victims sought help from the UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center's Rape Treatment Center.

Jackson made the news more than five years ago when an incident involving Corinne Olympios forced ABC to postpone the filming of the reality television series Bachelor in Paradise. Warner Bros. announced that it is conducting a "a thorough investigation."

Producers reached out to ABC colleagues to ask their thoughts on what transpired.
