Salesforce's annual event today dream force 2022, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year, will highlight the company's main innovations for its business clients as well as for its partners. Salesforce Genie, which is already available, is a platform that the company intends to use to improve Salesforce Customer 360. Genie allows Einstein AI and Flow to do their jobs as personalization and forecasts based on real-time data. Flow automation, together with Genie, can automate tasks automatically.

Genie runs on Salesforce's public cloud infrastructure, Hyperforce, which offers more than just hosting for the data it collects, but also data protection, privacy, and compliance tools, as well as built-in data ethics features. Because between Salesforce and SnowFlake, open and real-time data can be shared.

The AppExchange Genie Collection consists of 18 Genie partners with apps and experts that assist businesses in automating relevant advertising, enriching customer profiles, and delivering more real-time choices in Salesforce.

It allows users to purchase third-party carbon credits without obstacles, and it also has a climate action hub where anyone, individuals or businesses, may meet and discuss environmental issues.

All carbon credit projects in the marketplace undergo various independent testings that check if they meet global standards. If they pass this, they can earn carbon credits that may be sold. Projects can include anything from forest conservation and tree planting to improved farming systems, solar ovens, and wind farms.

The Net Zero Marketplace will offer more than 70 projects in 11 African nations, including Australia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Buyers will be able to view project descriptions, their alignment with ONY's sustainability objectives, and official third-party ratings.

Salesforce has also introduced new capabilities in its collaboration and communication tool between work teams Slack in 2022. The first is Slack Canvas, a new area that will be in charge of simplifying the way in which teams may organize, organize, and share critical resources. Developers can now utilize Slack's new platform, which includes a new set of reuseable and modular development tools and building blocks. With them, developers can create, modify, and share workflows that automate their tasks.
