**Warning – Spoilers for House of the Dragon**
House of the Dragon, a prequel to Game of Thrones, has already had some shocking moments, but fans anticipate that the Blood and Cheese plot point from the source material will be the show's Red Wedding.
Fans of Game of Thrones will recall the shocking episode all too well, and Geroge R.R. Martin's Blood and Cheese tale will certainly match its intensity on screen.
House of the Dragon, created by George R. R. Martin and Ryan J. Condal for HBO, will serve as a prequel to Game of Thrones starring Paddy Considine, Emma D'Arcy, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, and others, following the beginning of House Targaryen's conflict known as the Dance of Dragons.

What is the difference between Blood and Cheese from House of the Dragon and Blood and Cheese?
Blood and Cheese, the same film that precedes George R.R. Martin's Fire & Blood, features Blood, the butcher, and a rat catcher named Cheese, who pay Alicent Hightower a visit in the Red Keep.
Blood and Cheese tie up Alicent, wait for her daughter Helaena (who has only just been born in the series) to enter, before making Helaena choose which of her sons to be killed.
Blood chooses to execute Helaena's oldest son, Maelor, instead.
Blood and Cheese will likely be covered in Season 2, and the hired assassins enter the Red Keep via secret passageways, which Daemon has already discovered in the prequel series.
House of the Dragon Episode 5 teased the storyline during the last scene, when a rat is seen drinking Joffrey's blood in the Throne Room.
Blood and Cheese are believed to be the house of the Dragon's Red Wedding by fans.
Game of Thrones followers who were familiar with the source material were debating what the most horrifying scene in House of the Dragon would be before the prequel series was released.
The answer most have come to is the Blood and Cheese narrative, with some fans saying, "Y'all think the Red Wedding was bad? You ain't seen anything yet."
