Square Enix has announced that Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai will be available in the West.
Square Enix has released another long-awaited title, Infinity Strash: The Adventure of Dai, which allows gamers to "live through the epic tale of the anime series, The Adventure of Dai, first-hand in an action role-playing game that combines stunning visuals with manga art."
According to Square Enix, Infinity Strash will have a "selection of unique and compelling features for fans to look forward to," and that the game will have two distinct modes to enjoy gameplay: Adventure Mode and Temple of Recollection. While Adventure Mode will have a more traditional story progression following the Sovereign Rock Castle arc, Temple of Recollection allows players to experience an evolving dungeon that changes with each playthrough, adding difficulty and rewards along the way.
Before the game comes out, the anime is available to watch on CrunchyRoll. So, if you want to get up to speed on everything about "The Adventure of Dai," here's where you should start.
Players will also be able to acquire and equip rare items known as Memento Bonds, which further enhance abilities and stats. Additionally, scenes from the original manga will be revealed each time a Memento Bond is unlocked.
Square Enix claims that further information on the game will be released at a later date, probably mentioning the game's release date as well as a special edition or something. Stay tuned.
